Iqbal Fajar

Iqbal is an enthusiast in Knowledge Management and Organizational Network Analysis. Starting his career as a Business Consultant, Iqbal has broadened his experience for more than 10 years by assigning himself to the various project throughout his professional years, such as Business Process Improvement, Organizational Network Analysis, Knowledge Management rolls out, Nurturing Community of Practice, Organization Survey, and ISO systems.

As Senior Consultant for Knoco Indonesia, Iqbal helped various organization from multiple industries such as aluminum smelter, oil & gas, construction & EPC, manufacturing, insurance, port operation, transportation, banking, public services, and NGO. He also delivered various KM training and workshop such as KM Masterclass, Community of Practice Masterclass, Knowledge Capture Masterclass, Taxonomy Development, Social Network Analysis, KM Strategy and Roadmap, and KM System Design.

Iqbal held a master degree in Strategic Management from MB IPB, Indonesia. He is also a Certified KM Consultant and Facilitator from Knoco Ltd. His expertise is range from Knowledge Management, quality management, IT system design to Marketing.

Iqbal lives in Jakarta and manages a blog focusing on Knowledge Management and Organization Network Analysis. He also involved in Knowledge Management Society Indonesia (KMSI) as The Core Committee. He likes to spend his spare time manually brewing his coffee and touring on motorcycles where only the brave few dared on venturing.
