In House Training Community of Practice Master Class at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJS TK) is public insurance company. They have thousands of branches spread along Indonesia. Of course, they need Community of Practice to share what’s going on in each branches and solve the problem by discussing with certain Subject Matter Expert and people who are practicing in the same area.
Knoco Indonesia helps BPJS TK to increase awareness on KM and CoP. We also help them to design a stable community and CoP Tools guide. BPJS TK choose SDM dan Umum Unit as a pilot to create stable CoP related on SDM dan Umum matters which later will be easy for another unit to look into SDM dan Umum Unit to build the same CoP within different matter to be discussed.
In house training held in 2 days at BPJS TK’s learning centre at Bogor. The participants got module as guide to build CoP and tools usage, tools and role playing so they understand what will they have in further time they held CoP.
